According to a report from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, a man stabbed both himself and his roommate in an effort to release Satan. Law Enforcement arrived on April 29 in Sanford to find a 25-year-old man and his roommate outside of an apartment building. The 25-year-old man had allegedly stabbed his roommate and was cutting himself. When deputies tried to restrain the man, he resisted and said, “Satan will come out of my wound, you will see,” among other similar statements.

When deputies entered the man’s apartment, there was blood all over the walls and floor with a fixed blade knife that was covered in blood. The victim, reported to be the man’s roommate, was brought to the hospital for treatment. The roommate told police investigators that he was attacked with a knife and cut multiple times. The accused attacker reportedly told his roommate, “The devil was in him and he needed to get the worm out.”

The roommate was able to escape the attack for a short time, but his alleged attacker caught up and said to “suck the worm and devil” from a cut on his wrist. The roommate then claims that the man pulled his own pants down and ordered his roommate to perform oral sex on him or else he would kill him. The alleged attacker was charged by authorities with first-degree attempted premeditated murder and sexual assault.
